Kimberly has always had a passion for health and wellbeing and began her training in 1991 at Central Connecticut State University working towards a degree in Health and Wellness.  In 1999 she graduated from the Humanities Center of Massage Therapy located in Pinellas Park, Florida.  She is licensed by the state of North Carolina and certified by the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork Therapy.

As a physically active mother of two, Kimberly understands the importance of overcoming chronic muscular pain and dysfunction, and therefore has the desire to care for individuals with sports related injuries and men and women that lead busy lifestyles. Kimberly educates her clients about ways to continue their therapy at home through stretching and exercise, and provides individual consultation regarding everyday pain management.

Kimberly holds advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofacial Release.  She is also certified in Prenatal Massage, Massage Cupping, Kinesio Taping, and Reflexology. Kimberly continues to expand her knowledge in the health and wellness field and with over 10 years experience in both Chiropractic and Spa centers, she can tailor your therapy to your specific need.
